Investment StrategyThe Golden State Value Fund series is an opportunistic real estate investment fund designed to take advantage of the current weakness in the real estate market. The funds target investments are real estate and projects in the high growth Sacramento region. Utilizing our strong relationships in the banking and real estate industry we have the opportunity to purchase distressed land and projects that have the potential to increase in value by multiples of 4 – 10 times during the expected investment period of 3-7 years. We believe that by investing in land and real estate projects purchased from financial institutions and developers who are currently under pressure to liquidate allows us the opportunity to invest at valuations significantly below the future market value. The real estate market is currently in a distressed cycle as developers and financial institutions are under pressure to create liquidity and deleverage. Today we have the opportunity to buy quality land and projects at 10-20 cents on the dollar. We believe that this is the time to invest in high quality land and real estate projects, add value and realize profits when the market cycle turns.
