William T. Lappas, Managing Director and Founder of Woodbridge Capital Partners, LLC and Woodbridge Realty Advisors, LLC. Woodbridge Capital was founded in Los Angeles by Wall Street investment veteran William T. Lappas in 2002. Woodbridge Capital is a registered investment advisory firm (RIA) registered with the State of California. Woodbridge Capital is involved in private equity, asset management, hedge funds, and venture capital.
Mr. Lappas has served since the 1980’s as senior vice president at Morgan Stanley, Smith Barney/Citigroup, and UBS advising institutions and ultra high net worth clients in investment strategy and asset management. Mr. Lappas has over 21 years of experience in investment management and has been recognized as one of the top consultants in the industry, winning numerous awards for his work with corporations, foundations, and ultra high net worth families.
Mr. Lappas is Managing Director and Founder of Woodbridge Realty Advisors, LLC, A real estate investment company that is involved in land banking, acquisition and development of commercial, industrial, and agricultural projects (vineyards) primarily in California. Woodbridge Realty is the sponsor of The Golden State Value Fund series of real estate investment funds and other land projects that Mr. Lappas controls.
Mr. Lappas is also a founder and director of Community Business Bank, the seventh largest bank in the Sacramento region. Mr. Lappas is a member of the board of directors, member of the audit committee and chairman of the ACLO committee. In 2005 CBB raised $20 million in capital and became a publicly traded community bank. Currently CBB has successfully expanded with multiple branches in the greater Sacramento area. The Sacramento Business Journal recently ranked CBB as the 17th largest public company in the Sacramento area. Mr. Lappas is active on a number of boards and is involved in various philanthropic organizations and is a member of The Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
William T. Lappas:
Mr. Darren Gibsonhas over 18 years of investment experience, beginning as a successful registered representative at Royal Alliance Associates. Darren later became the youngest bank investment manager ever at Fidelity Federal Bank, and then served in a similar capacity at Citibank/Citicorp Investment Services. In 2001, Darren accepted a position as the first National Wholesaler at Medical Capital Corporation, where he worked from 2001 until May 2006, eventually becoming the National Sales Director. In 2006, he began as National Sales Director at Provident Asset Management, raising over $350 million for natural gas royalty offerings during his tenure there.
Darren holds a double Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
Darren is married and has six-year old twins, one boy and one girl, AND four-year old twins, also boy/girl. They live in Oceanside, CA. When he is not traveling for business, he enjoys golfing and skiing.

Mr. Paul C Leonard, Director, Woodbridge Realty Advisors, LLC. As Director of marketing in the San Francisco/East Bay region, Mr. Leonard brings 25 years of marketing experience to Woodbridge Realty Advisors.
Mr. Leonard is a native Californian with twenty five years of marketing and retail sales experience in the floor covering industry in Northern California. Specializing in the new construction home market, Mr. Leonard has deep knowledge and experience within the Northern California building community. Mr. Leonard is a member of the BIA, FCIA , Carpet One Co-Op and CCA Global. Mr. Leonard and his companies have played a vital role in the development of housing in the northern California region.
Mr. Leonard is an avid golfer and is involved in a number of committee’s at Diablo Country Club located in Danville, California and has helped raise thousands of dollars for local youth organizations through Charity golf events over the past twenty years. Mr. Leonard resides in Danville, California.
Mr. Paul C Leonard:
Michelle Shaman, Managing Director, Woodbridge Realty Advisors, LLC. As the founding Managing Director and the Chief Executive Officer of ICIT, LLC an investment company specializing in alternative investments and private equity in Real Estate and Land Development. Ms. Shaman is also the co-owner of R&D, Inc. a firm that owns and manages DL Direct Loans and Brennan Premiere Properties. Ms. Shaman is also partner in All Ways Building, a general construction company founded in 1990, specializing in large, high-end custom homes and remodels.
A native of California, Ms. Shaman has been investing in real estate in California, Mexico, and Hawaii for over twenty years . From 1989 to 2001, Ms. Shaman was the Manager of Information Technologies and a member of the Corporate Management Committee of ETI, a division of Emerson Electric (EMR) a Fortune 100 company. Ms. Shaman is also involved as a member and supporter in several charitable organizations and has been a guest speaker to several investment groups throughout California.
As CEO of ICIT, LLC, Ms. Shaman is involved in establishing private equity programs for land development projects in California. Ms. Shaman works with top-rated self–directed IRA companies, (such as Charles Schwab, PENSCO, Entrust, and FISERV) to enable alternative investments for their clients’ accounts. Ms. Shaman serves as managing member of several private limited liability companies in which ICIT, LLC invests capital for Land Development Projects.
