Woodbridge Realty Advisors, LLC is the sponsor for the Golden State Value Fund Series of real estate investment funds. The Golden State Value Funds target the acquisition of value-added, opportunistic, and distressed real estate and real estate related projects and investments for the benefit of qualified institutions and high net worth investors. Our partner in Sacramento is SKK Developments. Founded by real estate veteran, Sotiris K. Kolokotronis, SKK has been developing in the Sacramento region since 1985. SKK has developed over 6000 residential sites, constructed over 1,500 single family homes, 1,200 apartments, and 250,000 square feet of commercial buildings valued at approximately $600 million. SKK is currently planning and developing 4,300 acres in Sacramento and other urban housing projects including the recently completed $50 million L Street Lofts project.
